What exactly you get in each plan. ✓ means the feature is standard, a cross means it is missing, and coloured text is a condition or a cost in credits. The table is long, so we folded it behind one click.

This is the biggest difference between the two price lists. In the plans for accounting firms credits build up. The pool can grow to five times the plan you chose, but moving down to a smaller plan cuts it to five times the new one. In the plans for companies a credit is valid for one month and anything unused is lost. If your volume swings from month to month, that single rule can change the bill more than the choice of plan does.
OCR of invoices from outside KSeF (1 credit per page, not per document, which is why the calculator asks about the average number of pages), OCR of a PDF bank statement, pulling transactions from the bank (1 credit per three transactions) and coding an invoice with AI, meaning the parameters, dimensions and type, where 1 credit goes per document. Sending and receiving an invoice through KSeF uses no credits and sits inside the subscription. We wrote it up step by step on the page about KSeF in SaldeoSMART.
Some connections are included in the product, some are paid separately, and for a few systems there are stronger options that replace the basic integration and carry their own price list. We do not put the amounts on the site, because they move. Tell us what you keep the books in and we will write back with how it looks in your case.
More credits take effect at once: a message to us is enough, or a change in the admin panel. A reduction only takes effect from the next calendar month.
In the Asystent and Specjalista plans the archive covers five years, counted from the end of the year in which the tax payment fell due. In the Ekspert plans documents are kept indefinitely, for as long as the contract runs.
