We don't ask anyone to change their accounting to fit an implementation. It is the system that has to fit you.
SaldeoSMART sends documents to the software you already post in. The vendor documents integrations for more than forty systems: Comarch ERP Optima, enova365, Symfonia, InsERT, Wapro, RAKS, Ramzes and less common ones.
The difference between partners only begins where the standard data exchange is not enough. At that point we write a solution of our own. Hence the line we repeat to clients: with us the conversation doesn't end at “that cannot be done”.
Depending on the system and the configuration: the document with its line items, the VAT register, the supplier record, the coding scheme, analytical dimensions, payments. With the first company we settle this once and check it on real documents, including what happens with a correction, a duplicate and a foreign currency invoice.

Some connections are included in the price of the product. Some are charged separately. For a few systems there are stronger solutions than the standard one, which replace the basic integration and carry a price list of their own. We don't publish figures on the site because they change; we give them in conversation, before we issue a quote.
If your software is outside our experience, we'll say so plainly and quote an honest amount of time for working it out, or suggest a simpler export that just works. We prefer to start with a smaller promise and deliver it.
