Ongoing support and taking an account over from another partner

One person who knows your implementation and doesn't make you tell the story from scratch with every ticket.

One person who knows your implementation

Ongoing support with us means a named expert: a particular person who ran your implementation and stays with you afterwards. They know your companies, your schemes and why we set something up the way we did. You don't tell the story from scratch with every ticket.

On top of that, ordinary remote help: we connect to the desktop and look at what you are looking at. It usually settles a matter faster than three e-mails.

And when a subject goes beyond SaldeoSMART, tax or payroll or a server, we have a circle of people we trust and simply recommend one of them. No brokering and no commission.

Every taken-over company gets a named contact right away, visible on the list, not buried in an email. (Polish interface) SaldeoSMART material

Taking an account over from another partner

A SaldeoSMART account can be moved to another partner without being set up again, together with the document archive, the company settings and the permissions. The change doesn't require the team to stop work, and the system doesn't have to learn your suppliers all over again.

While we are at it we usually do three things: go through the configuration for what has built up over the years and no longer serves anyone, check whether the plan matches actual credit usage, and tidy up permissions. It does happen that a client pays less after a review like that than before.

When we suggest waiting If you're halfway through an implementation with someone else, or two weeks from the year-end close, another date will serve you better. We'll say so even when it means the conversation moves a quarter into the future.

What ongoing support costs

We price it after a conversation about your process: the number of companies, the number of users, and how many exceptions you have. We give the range before the quote, not after. The subscription for the software itself is a separate item, and you can work it out yourself in the calculator.

Let's talk about your implementation

Write and tell us what chafes in the way you are looked after today, and how many companies are on the account. We'll go through the configuration and the plan before we propose anything.
